Our next Voting Bracket topic is a mini-bracket of Favorite Outfits from the 2026 MET Gala. The MET Gala is an annual fundraising gala for the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute. Tickets are crazy expensive and the stars that attend are asked to dress in a theme. This year’s theme was Costume Art and many of the outfits resembled paintings or other artwork. And many were just flashy or “whatever.”

The topic and entries were chosen by students who work in the library with me. To keep it current, we’re running it now, and to get through Final Exams, it’s a mini-bracket with just 16 choices in this first round.
