- You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown beat Pippin by 4 votes
- A Chorus Line beat Grease by 4 votes
There were some huge wins, too, which may indicate shows worth watching in future rounds:
- Les Misérables beat The Secret Garden 90% to 10%
- The Sound of Music beat Camelot 88% to 12%
- Wicked beat Aladdin 88% to 12%
- The King and I beat Annie Get Your Gun 85% to 15%
- West Side Story beat Anything Goes 84% to 16%
- Fiddler on the Roof beat The Rocky Horror Show 80% to 20%
