As we move on to Round Two, there is already a trend developing. The favorite shows are Rudolph, Frosty, Santa Claus Is Comin’ to Town, and The Year Without a Santa Claus. All those characters did very well, while most of the other shows are already out of the running altogether.
We had a rare SHUTOUT in Round One. Hermey the Misfit Elf beat Tingler the Sound Imp (from The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus) 71 to ZERO! We only get one or two shutouts in a year, so this is worth noting.
