We’re two rounds in and there are still some old characters in the running! Hobo Clown, Harold the Policeman, Freida the Dachshund, and the Goldfish have all done well. The Gorgeous Gobbler is old, too, but since it’s a Thanksgiving Day parade, I expected the turkey to do well. There were a few close matchups in Round Two:
- Hobo Clown beat Abby Cadabby by 1 vote!
- Bart Simpson came from behind to beat Dexter’s Laboratory by 1 vote!
- Ice Age’s Scrat beat Blue’s Clues by 5 votes
- Babar the Elephant beat Santa Claus by 5 votes
- Freida the Dachshund beat Pikachu by 6 votes
Some of the balloons that have large margins of victory in both rounds so far are: Charlie Brown, Kermit the Frog, Scooby-Doo, Spider-Man, Pink Panther, Snoopy, Pillsbury Doughboy, Underdog, and Bugs Bunny.
