Our next voting bracket topic is Favorite Christmas Carol Movies. These are versions of Charles Dickens’ famous story. Some are famous, some lesser known, some animated, some realistic, some old, some new, some true to the book, and some reimagining the story. The names listed with the titles are the actors who portrayed the Scrooge role.
A Christmas Carol was written by Dickens in 1843 and has captured the imagination of moviemakers since movies began. The oldest version is from 1901! And there’s a new one scheduled for 2026.
