In the Elite Eight round, we had a TIE!! Hamilton and Wicked tied!
When there’s an actual tie and I need a tiebreaker, I look at their original rankings in the brackets and also the factors that ranked them. Hamilton has won 11 Tony Awards, a Grammy, and a Pulitzer, while Wicked has won 3 Tony Awards and a Grammy. So Hamilton wins the tiebreaker and moves on to face Les Misérables.
