Down to just 8 dishes from the original 256! And they’re all from the USA or Mexico, except for the Beignets from France. They’re like the Cinderella story. 🙂
In the Sweet Sixteen, the closest was Beignets beating Spring Rolls by 4 votes. Everything else was a pretty solid win.
